Dependable Health NC accepts referrals for adults and youth with I/DD and mental health needs from every county in North Carolina. We work with families, case managers, and care coordinators from all LME/MCOs across the state.
Western and central North Carolina
Serving families and referral partners from the mountains to the Piedmont, including:

Asheville, Hickory, Boone, Morganton, and surrounding counties such as Buncombe, Catawba, Watauga, and Burke.
Charlotte region
Charlotte, Gastonia, Concord, Monroe, and surrounding counties such as Mecklenburg, Gaston, Cabarrus, and Union.
Piedmont Triad
Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Burlington, and surrounding counties such as Guilford, Forsyth, Davidson, and Alamance.
Eastern North Carolina
Serving families and referral partners from the Triangle to the coast, including:

Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, and surrounding counties such as Wake, Durham, Orange, and Johnston.
Sandhills and Southeastern NC
Fayetteville, Lumberton, Sanford, Wilmington, and surrounding counties such as Cumberland, Robeson, Lee, and New Hanover.
Eastern NC and the Coast
